1. DISCLAIMER
At the Little Sensory Bag Co., safety is our priority. All toys meet UK/ European safety standards and will display the UKCA/CE mark, along with the relevant age restrictions and any additional safety warnings. Please familiarise yourself and retain all safety information for future reference.
Age restricted items-
A number of items have age restrictions. Although these items are CE/UKCA certified, they must be only be enjoyed under full adult supervision with children under the age specified. Please refer to individual labels and information provided with your purchase.
Items that are not toys or are age restricted must be moved out of reach of children once your sensory playtime is over.
All items must be checked regularly and discarded at the first signs of deterioration.
The Little Sensory Bag Co. under no circumstances, will be held liable for any injury occurred from using our products.
3. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
If there are any problems with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible.
You may return your item within 30 days of placing your order. Personalised orders are exempt from this unless the item is considered faulty.
You will be liable for the cost of returning your purchase, unless the item is faulty, and all purchases must be returned in an unused condition before refunds can be made.
We recommend using a tracked service to return any unwanted items and to keep proof of postage to ensure your items are covered. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
We do not offer exchanges.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt by emailing thelittlesensorybagco@gmail.com with the following information:
- Images of outer packaging
- Images of each damaged item and it's packaging as it arrived
- Written explanation as to the nature of the damage to each item
We will then be able to issue a claim on your behalf.
4. DELIVERY
We aim to ship all items within 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated on our website.
Packages will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
Orders over £50- Free Delivery
Orders under £50- £4.49
Please ensure all shipping details are correct on your order confirmation. Customers are responsible for any redelivery costs for items returned to us.
2. PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is kept securely for the purpose of completing your order and will not be shared with any third parties other than for legal reasons.
We may, on occasion, contact you if you have agreed to this with news and offers only relating to The Little Sensory Bag Co., however you may opt out of this at any time.
